ONE TO ONE APPROACH
Flex Physical Therapists have specialized training, experience and expertise in sports performance & injury prevention. Since athletics require engagement of the entire system, we use a unique one to one, customized approach to treat the whole person and target the referring symptoms for lasting relief and recovery. A combination of manual therapy (such as soft tissue massage or trigger point release), guided exercise and patient education are incorporated to achieve maximum results. Our warm, private, professional environment and therapists set the tone for a supportive healing experience from the start.
Flex has therapists who are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists that participate and excel in running, weight training, martial arts, CrossFit, sports, climbing, biking, & powerlifting.
Services offered in sports performance physical therapy can be billed through insurance.
